DAMS & COFFERDAMS

Dewatering & Silent Piling offers a set of solutions for the rapid and efficient construction of dams and cofferdams.

We offer free of charge support from the design phase for permanent sheet pile structures, both steel and synthetic, providing design engineers with calculations obtained with geotechnical and hydrotechnical software applications specialized in sheet piling, including stability and durability/corrosion.

Our equipment allows us to work both from land from water, in some cases working even underwater, with specialized divers in this type of activities.

From the simplest to the most complex structures, such as cellular cofferdams with AS500 sheet piles, our teams have the knowledge, training and certifications necessary to execute in accordance with European and local norms.

We also offer solutions for flood protection. Floods are hydrological hazards that cause great damage to both material level and to human lives. Their production is due to the penetration into river beds of large amounts of water that can cause landslides, shore-shaking and old dams rupture.

Dewatering and Silent Piling is concerned about these hydrological hazards, providing effective solutions for building flood protection structures using synthetic and steel sheet piles, while balancing costs and execution speed.

PORT STRUCTURES
We offer design, execution and rehabilitation solutions for port structures for carrying out port loading and unloading operations in and from river / sea vessels, in conditions of safety and economic efficiency. The construction of mooring fronts is done by installing docks based on piles or columns.
FLOOD PROTECTION
Metal sheet piles can be used in a wide range of flood protection or shore protection systems. In the construction of new dams, metal sheet piles can ensure their tightness, stability and support.
SYNTHETIC PILES
They are made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride or composite material). They represent an alternative solution to steel sheet piles, concrete dikes, gabions or boulders in various hydrotechnical projects and more.
DREDGING
Our solutions for dredging: dredging pump and dragline. Dredging pumps can be attached to an amphibious excavator, using its hydraulic motor, or they can be used with separate power unit and mounted in the crane hook.
TRENCHLESS TECHNOLOGIES
In order to avoid urban blockages caused by surface works for the installation and rehabilitation of underground pipelines for public utilities, trenchless underpass technologies are often used, which allow the works to be carried out without the need to excavate ditches. Trenchless technologies are the optimal solution for crossing roads and other transport corridors, as well as rivers and waterways.
